Welcome to the Big Air Indoor Bike Park Night Markets! We are excited to host a vibrant community event that takes place bi-weekly on Fridays, as well as during major events and competitions throughout holiday periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for local vendors, food trucks, businesses and artisans to connect directly with customers, showcase their offerings, and be part of a lively atmosphere filled with fun and excitement.
Event Details:
Frequency: Bi-Weekly on Fridays, with additional markets during major events and competitions over holiday periods.
Location: Big Air Indoor Bike Park, 13 Douglas Ave, Tuncurry, NSW, 2420
Time: 4pm - 8pm (Set up time from 2pm)
Stallholder Information:
We invite all interested stallholders to participate in our Outdoor Night Markets. To ensure a successful and safe experience for everyone involved, all stallholders must agree to and sign our terms and conditions. Here are some important requirements:
1. Public Liability Insurance: All stallholders must hold valid public liability insurance to protect against any potential claims or liabilities during the event.
2. Marquee Weight Requirement: Stallholders must meet the specified marquee weight requirements to ensure safety and stability. Stallholders must have marquee specific weights on each marquee leg. Improvised weights- for example water storage containers or dumbbells- are not acceptable at any time and present a risk to stallholders and members of the public. .Please check the guidelines provided in our terms and conditions.
3. Trading Standards: All stallholders are expected to trade in a safe and respectful manner. This includes maintaining a positive environment for both customers and other vendors.
4. Workplace Health and Safety Compliance: Stallholders must comply with all workplace health and safety requirements. This includes following proper food handling procedures, ensuring equipment is safe, and maintaining a clean and organised stall.
5. Application Process: Interested stallholders can book and secure their sites online for $55 or in-store for $50. A maximum of 3 consecutive bookings can be made in advance to ensure we continue to offer a variety of stallholders.
6. Food Vendors: Please note that food vendors and food trucks will not be permitted to sell drinks or coffee, as these items will be reserved for sales within Big Air Bike Park.
Wet Weather and Cancellation Policy:
Big Air Bike Park Night Markets are an outdoor event, and stallholders should be prepared to trade in all weather conditions. If the markets need to be canceled due to unsafe or extreme weather conditions, there will be no refund of stall fees. Consideration will be given to transfer stall fee to future market events if sites are available. Cancellations are at the discretion of Big Air Bike Park Management.

Big Air Indoor Bike Park Bi-Weekly Night Markets Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for stallholders at our markets, which will be held bi-weekly, as well as weekly during school holiday periods and during major Big Air Bike Park events and competitions. A cope of the T&C's will be required to be agreed to and signed prior to the stall event. Please ensure you have all the required documentation before making an online booking.
Event Details:
- Bi Weekly Friday Nights
- Hours of Operation: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Stallholder Access: 2 PM
- Load Out Time: Must be off the premises by 9:30 PM
- Parking: All stallholders vehicles must park on the street. No vehicle parking inside the market area is allowed, except for setting up or packing down outside of stall opening hours. No vehicles are permitted in the market area during operational hours.
Stallholder Requirements:
1. No Drinks or Coffee Sales: Stallholders are not permitted to sell drinks or coffee, as these items are reserved for sale from the Big Air Bike Park kiosk.
2. Unique and Ethically Produced Goods: We focus on approving stallholders who offer unique and ethically produced. We welcome talented contemporary artists, designers, gourmet food producers, business owners and street food vendors.
3. Community Focus: As part of our market, we expect stallholders to value community and contribute positively to the collective atmosphere.
4. Presentation: The presentation of your work and products is extremely important. Stallholders must ensure that their stall layout and display are professional, creative, and cohesive with their brand story.
5. Marquee and stall size Requirements: All stallholders maybe have up to a 3m x 3m area/marquee/gazebo to trade at the Night Markets. Additional costs for larger or over sized marquees will apply.
6. Public Liability Insurance: Stallholders must hold a minimum of $20 million in public liability insurance. If approved, the Certificate of Currency must list Big Air Bike Park as an interested party. A copy of the Certificate of Currency must be provided to the market manager prior to trading. It is the stallholder's responsibility to ensure that their insurance remains current while trading.
7. Power Access for Food Stalls: Stalls will have access to one 15amp power outlet. There are limited numbers for this service and online booking is recommend to secure powered sites. Additional power is not available, and generators are not permitted.
8. Stall Fees: Stall costs are inclusive of GST. Food trucks and trailers must be pre-approved to trade and will be charged for any additional space used beyond the standard 3m x 3m area.
9. Approval and Cancellation Rights: Big Air Bike Park management reserves the right to cancel online bookings for stalls deemed unsuitable for the market and branding. In such cases, a credit will be issued.
Market Day Operations:
- Stallholders will be informed of their stall number and a market site map two days prior to each market date.
Weather Policy:
The Big Air Night Markets are outdoor events. Stallholders should be prepared to trade in all weather conditions. If the markets are cancelled due to unsafe or extreme weather conditions, stall fees are non-refundable. Consideration will be given to transfer stall fee to future market events if sites are available.
Cancellations are at the discretion of Big Air Bike Park management.
Waste Management:
Stallholders are responsible for taking all waste home with them at the completion of the market. Improper use of market bins will result in charges. Stall holders must provide a shared market bin located at the front or side of the stall or in the waste area at Big Air, no waste from stall holders or their goods should be deposited into Big Air Bike Parks bin. If bins are placed in the waste area of Big Air, please place a sign your bin to ensure the correct bin is collected.
Compliance and Documentation:
Stallholders must provide all necessary compliance documents, including public liability insurance and any food compliance certifications prior to the date of the market.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for cancellations or non-attendance once the payment due date has passed. Communication regarding cancellations must occur before this date to avoid administrative fees.
